Article 1 - General conditions of sales

The present sales conditions are concluded on the one hand by the SARL WALK IN PARIS, with a capital of 1000 euros, whose head office is located at 66 boulevard Voltaire 75011 Paris, registered at the Créteil Trade and Companies Registry under the number 801 756 933 hereafter called "Walk In Paris" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.walkinparis.fr hereafter called "the buyer".

Article 2 - Purpose

The present sales conditions aim at defining the contractual relations between WALK IN PARIS and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant website www.walkinparis.fr, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good through the present site implies an acceptance without reserve by the buyer of the present conditions of sale.

These conditions of sale will prevail on all other general or particular conditions not expressly approved by WALK IN PARIS. WALK IN PARIS reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the purchaser.

Article 3 - Characteristics of the goods and services offered

The products offered are those listed in the catalog published on the site www.walkinparis.fr. These products are offered within the limits of available stocks. Each product is accompanied by a description established by the supplier.

The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to colors.

Article 4 - Prices

The prices appearing in the catalog are prices including all taxes in euros taking into account the VAT applicable to the day of the order; any change of the rate could be reflected on the price of the products. WALK IN PARIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being however understood that the price appearing in the catalog the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the purchaser. The indicated prices do not include the expenses of treatment of orders, transport and delivery as far as they take place in the geographical zones envisaged below.

Article 5 - Geographical area

The online sale of the products presented on the site www.walkinparis.fr is available in Metropolitan France, the delivery will be carried out by the Post office; In the countries of the EEC, the deliveries are carried out by the Post office in colissimo followed Europe. Deliveries outside the EEC are made by international postal services.

Article 6 - Orders

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product must

- Fill in the identification form on which he will indicate all the requested details or give his customer number if he has one;

- fill in the online order form giving all the references of the chosen products;

- validate the order after having checked it;

- make the payment in the conditions provided;

- confirm the order and payment. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the order recorded.

Article 7 - Withdrawal

Buyers, non-professional individuals, have a withdrawal period of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return.

Article 8 - Method of payment

The price is due at the time of order.

Payments will be made by credit card or by PayPal; they will be made through the secure system of BNP Paribas "Merc@net" which uses the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) so that the transmitted information is encrypted by a software and that no third party can take cognizance of it during the transport on the network.

The buyer's account will only be debited when the available products are shipped and only for the amount of the products sent.

At the request of the buyer, he will be sent an invoice on paper showing the VAT.

Article 9 - Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser as from the moment when the products left the buildings of WALK IN PARIS.

In case of damage during transport, the justified protest must be formulated with the carrier within 3 (three) days as from the delivery. The delivery times are given only as an indication; if they exceed 30 (thirty) days as from the order, the sale contract could be cancelled and the purchaser refunded.

Article 10 - Returns
All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. Article 11 - Responsibility
The seller, in the process of online sale, is only bound by an obligation of means; his responsibility cannot be engaged for a damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, break of the service, or other involuntary problems.

Article 12 - Intellectual property
All the elements of the WALK IN PARIS website, www.walkinparis.fr, are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of WALK IN PARIS.

Nobody is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use in any capacity whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or sound. Any simple link or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without the express written agreement of WALK IN PARIS.

Article 13 - Personal data
In accordance with the law relating to data processing, the files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, the information in personal matter relating to the purchasers could be the subject of an automated treatment. WALK IN PARIS reserves the right to collect information on the purchasers including by using cookies, and, if it wishes it, to transmit to commercial partners the collected information.

The purchasers can be opposed to the disclosure of their co-ordinates by indicating it to WALK IN PARIS. In the same way, the users have a right of access and of correction of the data concerning them, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978.

Article 14 - Archiving and proof
WALK IN PARIS will file the purchase orders and the invoices on a reliable and durable support constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of the article 1348 of the Civil code. The computerized registers of WALK IN PARIS will be regarded by the parts as proof of the communications, orders, payments and transactions occurred between the parts.

Article 15 - Settlement of disputes
The present conditions of sale on line are subjected to the French law. In the event of litigation, competence is allotted to the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or call in guarantee.
